Zach Lowe of ESPN is reporting that the Warriors have an interest in trading for LaMarcus Aldridge and may be willing to move their lottery pick to make it happen.

In the proposed scenario, the Warriors would send their No. 2 overall selection to the Spurs for Aldridge and the No. 11. There is no doubt that Golden State could move the pick if they can get another veteran to help them make another run to the Finals, but it’s not a lock to do so. Aldridge would give the Warriors an inside presence that they are missing while he is able to stretch the floor. He is already 35 but his fantasy production has remained steady in recent years and his numbers could get a boost if he were to land in Golden State.
