The Pacers President of Basketball Operations, Kevin Pritchard, said on Tuesday that one player on the team remains undecided about resuming the basketball season due to personal issues.

Pritchard did not mention who the player was, nor did he give any inclination to the player, so we can only speculate on who it may be. Pritchard did say that he is not going to force anyone to play, and the decision is completely up to the players. The deadline to decide on playing is Wednesday, so we should have an answer to this situation soon.
