Jerami Grant started over Michael Porter Jr. in Sunday's Game 4 loss to the Jazz and put up 12 points in 36 minutes before fouling out.

Grant started the second half of Game 3 over Porter Jr., so it is no surprise that Malone turned to him for Game 4. MPJ had nine points with four rebounds in 23 minutes of action. Grant has the edge defensively over Porter Jr., which is why he has been inserted into the starting lineup. He will likely remain the starter for Game 5 as the Nuggets fight to stay alive.
