Alex Caruso will replace Dwight Howard in the starting lineup for Sunday's Game 6, as expected.

The Lakers will go small, with Caruso giving them better defense against a wider variety of Miami's players. Howard is also coming off a dreadful Game 5, making this decision fairly easy for Frank Vogel. Teams don't usually change much when they get out to a 3-1 series lead but the Lakers are being proactive here in an effort to close out the season tonight.
