Fantasy Impact: Some. That is a significant enough wind to impact the passing game with two quarterbacks who aren’t top-end guys. It could impact the kicking game going one way, however, Chris Boswell has been one of the best in the game for a long time and Dustin Hopkins has been one of the best in the game this year. If you wanted to go away from them, thinking the game would be low-scoring because of two good defenses would be the right logic, not because of the wind.

I would still trust Brock Purdy against the Buccaneers defense, especially with Deebo Samuel back. Baker Mayfield has been good but with a 49er defense that appeared to re-find its form last week, it may make sense to look for another option if you have it.

Fantasy Impact: Some. If you were thinking about starting Joshua Dobbs or Russell Wilson, the weather may be a detriment here. However, Wilson is more adept at playing in these conditions than Dobbs is because of his years in Seattle. It could be a great night for the running game so Alexander Mattison, Ty Chandler, and Javonte Williams should see plenty of touches.
