Fantasy leagues are winding down but managers still alive in the playoffs will need to treat each remaining move like gold, as picking up a hot player can be a league-winning decision. Here are 17 players who deserve some silly-season attention. Some of these players are likely rostered in your league, but you never know.

Joel Embiid, C, Sixers (98% rostered in Yahoo! leagues)

Embiid played on Wednesday night for the first time in a month and went off to the tune of 35 points, six boards, seven dimes, a block and three 3-pointers in 28 minutes. He looked good after recovering from an oblique injury and he’ll now just try to stay healthy and finish out the season. His knees still make me nervous and there’s also the possibility that he could aggravate the oblique at some point. Just make sure Embiid wasn’t dropped and is still sitting on your waiver wire.

Paul George, G/F, Sixers (81%)

His PED suspension is over and George celebrated with one of his best games of the season on Wednesday when he went off for 28 points, six rebounds, four assists, four steals, a block and six 3-pointers in a 157-point bonanza over the Bulls. I’m not a PG guy but he’s rested, Philly is fighting for playoff seeding and he should go off the rest of the way. Make sure he’s not floating around on any waiver wires.

Daniss Jenkins, G, Pistons (35%)
