We will start off a generally light week with three games on Monday.

A general note I have for the NBA Cup games on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday would be to be wary of the fringe-level rotation players on those teams. What we have seen in past years is that teams lean into playoff-type rotations. The guy who gets 10-15 spare minutes might be out of the rotation as most teams typically lean into seven-man or eight-man rotations like they would for the playoffs.

This is the “general must-add” section regardless of the slate. If these players are being overlooked and remain chilling on the waiver wire, consider adding them to your squad.

Anthony Black (27%)

Franz Wagner exited with what seemed like a nasty-looking knee injury, but it was labeled as a leg injury. If Wagner is going to miss time, Tristan da Silva should start, but Black might be the better fantasy asset off the bench. I don’t think I trust Black enough to call him a must-grab or a must-roster player for standard formats, but I think he is just a step below that level.

He put up 14 points, one triple, 11 rebounds, four assists and a block in a little under 31 minutes off the bench on Sunday; although, his .375 FG% was less appetizing.
