Arturas Karnisovas says that the Bulls need to add shooters and that the team will be very picky in free agency.

That rationale was used to explain why the Bulls let Kris Dunn and Shaq Harrison head to unrestricted free agency rather than extend a qualifying offer. Expect Chicago to go after proven 3-point threats and floor spacers on the open market, though it looks like Karnisovas will have the sense to only pursue players that fit with the team's direction rather than spend for the sake of spending.
