PG, New Orleans Pelicans

The Pelicans are searching for a third team in a potential Jrue Holiday trade, according to Rick Bonnell of The Charlotte Observer.

The idea in a three-team deal would be to facilitate a way to move Holiday to a contending team, Bonnell explains. There was a report last week that contending teams were indeed engaged in conversations with the Pelicans regarding Holiday. This new report indicates they may have shifted talks to other teams as well. The definition of a 'contender' can also vary greatly from front office to front office, so there is some murkiness as far as that is concerned. That being said, Holiday's situation with the Pelicans is seeming like it will only pick up steam in the coming weeks.
