Brett Brown expects Joel Embiid (right calf tightness) to play in Saturday's re-opener.

Embiid has missed the last two scrimmages, though the Sixers have not expressed any level of concern about his injury. The big man's health or lack thereof has loomed over his career to this point so you can't blame the Sixers for being extra cautious with him in meaningless games. Nothing's ever guaranteed with Embiid until the game has already started, but we wouldn't let this calf issue dissuade you from selecting Embiid within the first 15 picks of your resumption league drafts.
