Kemba WalkerPG, Boston CelticsKemba Walker (left knee) was able to go through Thursday's practice but will not play in Friday's scrimmage game.
The rest of the Celtics will be available for that one, so we should get a decent idea of how Brad Stevens will deploy his charges. Walker's absence isn't much of a concern yet as the Celtics have been giving him every other day off so he can continue to strengthen his knee. We'd expect to see him in game action at some point soon since it sounds like he's making good progress.
