Key Storylines

Javonte Green: Green was an integral rotation member of the Bulls before a major injury kept him out for a while and he was cut. He has since been fully re-signed by the Bulls and is once again playing big minutes. For a team which lacks frontcourt depth, Green is likely to get a lot of minutes despite not being a true big himself. The Bulls are no strangers to small lineups and Green has featured in those heavily in the past and it seems he will continue doing so in the present and the future.

Have I Met U: Chimezie Metu seems locked in for big minutes with the Pistons over their final three games. Tosan Evbuomwan is assigned to the G League again due to his limited two-way days and Metu should continue seeing starter’s minutes. Cade Cunningham’s injury was adjusted from just maintenance to knee tendinopathy and I doubt that he plays more than one game the rest of the way, if he plays any at all.
