Key Storylines

B2B: Stephen Curry, Draymond Green and Dennis Schröder all played in Thursday’s game, and there could be a risk of them sitting Friday’s contest vs. the Pacers on the second leg of a back-to-back set for the Warriors. Should this happen, it would boost the streaming value of players such as Lindy Waters III, Buddy Hield and Kyle Anderson.

Backup 5: Thomas Bryant is the backup five for the Pacers behind Myles Turner, and with Turner out on Wednesday, Bryant started and produced well. Turner is listed as questionable for Friday’s contest, which could result in another opportunity for Bryant to produce.

Key Storylines

Middleton Off The Bench: It was reported earlier this week that Khris Middleton will be coming off the bench for the Bucks, and will be replaced by Taurean Prince. Obviously, this is not good news for Middleton’s fantasy value moving forward. Middleton can be held in standard formats for now, although it seems that this move will not be temporary. Despite the promotion, Prince remains better suited for deeper formats only.

The Long Awaited Paolo Return: Paolo Banchero will make his return on Friday. The return of Banchero will have a significant ripple effect on the value of players on the Magic. Tristan da Silva has done a solid job filling in, and has been worthy of rostering in standard formats, but will be relegated to a secondary role again which will push him back down to streaming territory only in standard formats (if even). Fantasy managers should also keep an eye on how Banchero’s return will impact the minutes distribution between Goga Bitadze and Wendell Carter Jr. because eventually Banchero will soak up the majority of the minutes at the four.
