Warriors +3.5

The Lakers haven’t gelled yet and while the Warriors will, by mid-season, be the much weaker team between these two, this is a bet on continuity. The Warriors core is the same and they merely replaced some bad shooters with slightly better ones. Expect a ton of turnovers from Russ as he learns his new crew. Expect deference from the existing Lakers to try to get Russ comfortable. Expect the new Lakers shooters to be cold because it’s day one. All that points to a Warriors cover and maybe even an outright win… but we’ll take the points and roll.
