Christian Wood is officially a member of the Rockets after the sign-and-trade was consummated on Tuesday.

Wood could be in line for a lot of opportunity in Houston as he has little-to-no competition behind him. In his final 15 games with the Pistons, he returned second-round value. Depending on his ADP at draft season, Wood is a name to circle in redraft leagues. In addition to Wood, the Rockets also received a future first from the Pistons and a future second-rounder (via LAL). The Pistons acquired Trevor Ariza, the rights to Isaiah Stewart (No. 16 Overall in 2020), a second-rounder from the Rockets and cash considerations in the deal.
