According to Shams Charania, the hotels assigned to each NBA team for the league's proposed Orlando restart will be determined by the playoff seeding and will take into account each individual on a team's travel squad.

To kick off the planned events, all the teams staying at the same hotels will play three scrimmages against one another, from July 22-29. Here are the hotel assignments: the Bucks, Lakers, Raptors, Celtics, Nuggets, Jazz and Heat (top seeds) will be housed at the Grand Destino. The Thunder, Sixers, Rockets, Pacers, Mavericks, Nets, Grizzlies and Magic will be inside the Grand Floridian. Finally, the Blazers, Kings, Pelicans, Spurs, Suns and Wizards will stay at the Yacht Club. Each team's traveling squad will include the following positions, besides players/coaches: an athletic trainer, a strength and conditioning coach, an equipment manager and a team security official. Players will also be permitted to bring a personal massage therapist, security official, or trainer, Shams points out. Kyrie Irving and other players have expressed their discontent with the current plans, so only time will tell as to which players will commit and which ones won't.
