Daishen NixPG, CollegeShams Charania of The Athletic is reporting that five-star prospect Daishen Nix, who had originally committed to play next season for the UCLA Bruins, has decommitted from the school in favor of signing a G League contract.
Decisions like this one are becoming more and more common, as Nix becomes the third top prospect from next year's class to make the jump from the high school ranks to the G League. Other top prospects who will be doing the same include Isaiah Todd and Jalen Green, both five-star prospects as well. Nix is a very well-rounded point guard with great court vision and measures in at 6-foot-4 and 195 pounds. This is definitely a player to keep an eye on.
