Norman Powell (left shoulder subluxation) will be available to play against the Spurs on Sunday.

Powell's recovery took only three weeks after being listed as "out indefinitely" initially. He'll slot into Fred VanVleet's starting SG spot and should be able to hold top-100 vaue until VanVleet returns. It may be slow going during those first few games, however. It's been a busy week for must-add wings on the wire, but Powell makes for a safe, short-term investment over guys like Bruce Brown or Troy Brown Jr.
