Michael Carter-Williams (left foot tendon strain) has been ruled out ahead of Wednesday's Game 5.

MCW doesn't appear close to a return and his status tags have actually gone the wrong direction, from doubtful to straight out, as the series has gone on. The Magic have missed his defensive abilities on the wing and will use Wes Iwundu and Gary Clark to patch the holes.
