Jacob Evans went to the locker room in the first half of Tuesday's game against the Mavs after catching a Dwight Powell elbow in the face.

Evans was down on the court for a few minutes, so it's nothing minor. With an 18-point deficit at half-time, there's no rush for the Warriors to get him back out there.
