PG, Toronto Raptors

Fred VanVleet (left shoulder) won't play on Tuesday in the Raptors' road game against the Suns.

This will be his third straight game on the shelf, along with teammate Serge Ibaka. Norman Powell recently returned from injury and he fits in FVV's spot in the Raptors' offense nicely. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson will pick up a start tonight with VanVleet and Ibaka out. With the Raptors taking on the Warriors on Thursday, both Ibaka and VanVleet could sit out another game.
