Dennis Smith Jr. will not play against the Blazers on Wednesday as he continues to recover from an oblique injury.

With DSJ ruled out, expect Elfrid Payton and Frank Ntilikina to handle the point guard duties while Payton has become the most valuable guard on the Knicks' roster.
