According to Shams Charania of the Athletic, the Heat and Grizzlies are in advanced discussions regarding a trade that would involve Andre Iguodala.

Iguodala has yet to play a game for the Grizzlies so far this season. Instead of buying the former Finals MVP out from the contract, the Grizzlies have kept him in the hopes of turning him into assets for the future. It remains very likely that Iguodala gets moved before the trade deadline on Thursday and the Heat have emerged as one of the favorites to acquire his services.
