RJ BarrettSF, New York KnicksZach Lowe is hearing that the Knicks have been reluctant to include RJ Barrett or Mitchell Robinson in any trade discussions.
And rightfully so. Additionally, Lowe says that the Knicks are not planning to become a straight dumping ground for other teams' unwanted contracts — they'd prefer to find players who can chip in at least something without damaging the team's long-term flexibility. Despite their waywardness, the Knicks are always close to the center of offseason discussion, and it will be interesting to see how new leadership tries to get the franchise back on track.
