Dion Waiters

According to Chris Haynes of Yahoo! Sports, the Grizzlies don't plan on keeping Dion Waiters with a buyout or release expected in the near future.

Waiters was acquired in the Andre Iguodala-Justise Winslow trade and doesn't appear to be part of the Grizzlies future. This is good news for De'Anthony Melton as Waiters would have taken some minutes from the youngster. Waiters is not worth rostering for now but could wind up with another team in the near future.
