Dwight HowardC, Los Angeles LakersShams Charania has reported that the Lakers have mutual interest in re-signing Dwight Howard this offseason.
Howard played a critical role during the Lakers' series against the Nuggets as they found success with him on Nikola Jokic. He wasn't as effective in other matchups, but for how cheap his deal is, it's worth having a guy like him on your roster for those situations. If the Lakers don't re-sign him, Howard is eyeing the Warriors as another potential landing spot.
