DeMarcus Cousins

Adrian Wojnarowski and Ramona Shelburne are reporting that the Lakers will be waiving DeMarcus Cousins (torn left ACL).

Cousins never had a chance with the Lakers, and the torn left ACL did wind up costing him the season in the end. This move is likely to make room for the Markieff Morris acquisition off waivers. We all are hoping Boogie can make a successful recovery and return to the fantasy scene next season, but with the number of injuries he has suffered, that is honestly a longshot at this point.
