Derrick Rose was the Pistons' leading scorer with 24 points (9-of-21 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), and he added three rebounds, seven assists, one steal and two 3-pointers in 31 minutes in a road win over the Cavs on Tuesday.
Rose is having his best season in quite a while, and he's trending in the right direction, especially with the Pistons losing scorers quickly. He should have a good shot to stick in middle-round territory for the remainder of the season. Starting guards Svi Mykhailiuk and Bruce Brown contributed to the win with four 3-pointers from Svi and seven assists from Brown.
