DeMar DeRozanSG, San Antonio SpursDeMar DeRozan led the Spurs to a 126-104 home win over the Bucks on Monday with 25 points on 11-of-15 shooting, three boards, seven dimes and even a 3-pointer in 33 minutes.
That's eight straight games in which DeRozan has made more than half his field goals. Over that stretch, he's shooting 64.8 percent, which is incredible for a shooting guard. It's clearly unsustainable, but is indicative of how efficient DeRozan has become, especially since the Spurs don't want him shooting from deep (only five 3-pointers attempted over the eight-game span). He's about as safe as a middle-round player can get unless he gets dealt to a team that uses him in a different role.
