De'Anthony MeltonPG, Memphis GrizzliesDe'Anthony Melton picked up 30 minutes of playing time on Friday vs. the Blazers and finished with seven points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals as the NBA returned to action.
Melton has been a vital part of the Grizzlies' success in 2019-20 and Friday afternoon was no different. However, his shot was not falling for him for the most part. Melton missed both of his three-point attempts and went a paltry 3-for-7 from the FT line. He is much more of a defensive presence but he seems to have maintained the same role that he had prior to the NBA pause for coach Taylor Jenkins.
