According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the Bulls will not submit a qualifying offer for Shaq Harrison.

This will make Harrison an unrestricted free agent. While Harrison received some starts down the stretch last season, he averaged just 4.9 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.1 assists for the season. However, he could have deeper league fantasy value for the steals and blocks alone should another team give him a larger role.
