He's been usable over the last two weeks, nearly ranking inside the top-125 during those eight games. His production and volume is just too inconsistent for him to be trusted in fantasy formats. Portis has gotten more playing time lately and has been productive in the past with more opportunities, so he could definitely be a streaming option if you are desperate.
