Anthony DavisPF-C, Los Angeles LakersAnthony Davis led the Lakers in scoring in their 114-108 win over the Nuggets on Thursday with a game-high 34 points on 10-of-15 shooting to go with five boards, three assists, three steals and a triple.
Davis started the game 6-for-6 at the field and cooked any Nuggets defender that was thrown at him. There was a slight scare when he rolled his ankle in the fourth quarter, but he shook it off and finished the game strong. He's increased his efficiency on his mid-range shots to a point where he's one of the best in the game at it and when he's drilling them at that rate, he's unstoppable. The lob threat is there and his defensive presence is felt as he anchors one of the best defenses in the playoffs.
