Anfernee Simons is doubtful vs. the Heat on Sunday due to a concussion he sustained on Friday.

If Simons is out, expect to see Gary Trent Jr. get a nice bump in usage off the bench. Both guards have been reasonably productive for the Blazers lately, so Trent Jr. will get the bulk of the sixth-man minutes.
