If you hate the Pats this will be a solid game to enjoy the death of an empire.  .The Pats are in a death-spiral and have been outscored 72-3 the past two games.  This would never happen if Bill Belichick were still alive.  They can’t score and can’t stop anyone and there doesn’t appear to be anything that can steady the sinking ship.  The Raiders aren’t much better, but at least they have players worth rostering for fantasy purposes.  Davante Adams and the former Patriot WR Jakobi Meyers are a solid duo and if Josh Jacobs can keep rumbling for positive yardage, there is at least a glimmer of hope at the end of the rainbow sphere. The Pats are due for some positive regression or any positivity at all, but it’s hard to imagine where it will come from.

Main Storylines to Watch

Slackin’ Mac: It’s hard to disagree with any assessment that places Mac Jones at the bottom of the QB pool right now after scoring more points for the opposing team than his own over the last two games.  Jones can’t even be started in Superflex/2QB leagues right now and there is a very good chance he gets benched before Halloween.  The entire Pats team is a stayaway for fantasy purposes right now and Jones is the rusted tip of the spear.

Stop Throwing to Other Team: Jimmy Garroppolo leads the league in interceptions with seven and Jones is right behind him with six.  Neither of these offensive units are effective enough to be giving possessions away to the other team and this game will probably come down to which QB makes the least amount of mistakes.
