Happy Bijan Robinson NFL Debut Day!  Oh, and Bryce Young.  Two future stars in the NFL face off in ATL in what could be two teams duking it out late in the season for the NFC South divisional title.  The Falcons are my pick to win the NFC South because I truly think Bijan has that big of an impact on a team in a division that is completely up for grabs.  Sorry I am not sold on Derek Carr who was ran out of town by an organization that committed to him as the face of their franchise…shame on me.  Bijan jaw dropping NFL debut incoming.  I am excited for the rest of the football world to see what I’ve been watching for the last three years and the hype builds each week from this walking highlight.

    Main Storylines to Watch

    Bijan. Robinson.

Future hall of fame running back and top 5 of all time Bijan Robinson takes the field for his first NFL game.  What will Bijan’s debut look like?  Will he have 100+ rushing yards, 50+ receiving yards, and a touchdown both on the ground and through the air?  I wouldn’t put it out of reach as he is the next hybrid weapon….taken to an entirely new level.

Is Desmond Ridder good enough to lead Atlanta’s Big 3?

Bijan Robinson, Drake London, Kyle Pitts.  Find me three more talented, young skill players in the NFL.  The question mark here is Desmond Ridder and his decision making plus throwing accuracy.  Please showcase both of these quarterback skills and you have your NFC South champions/future NFC championship contender.  Time will tell.

Bryce Young NFL Debut (with a banged up receiver room)

Rookie quarterbacks making their NFL debut are 1-13 against the spread in their last 14 starts.  I like this stat for this particular game not because I’m not a believer in Bryce Young but because this Panthers team has a lot to figure out on that side of the ball.  They looked bad in the preseason and are now likely missing Chark and Thielen for Week 1.  Bryce will eventually put the pieces together but I expect this to take some time.  If Miles Sanders steps up and looks like a top 10 running back, that might be their only hope in this game.
