Fun Facts for the season
-Despite having a young, talented big man in Mitchell Robinson, the Knicks signed four bigs prior to the start of the regular season: Marcus Morris, Taj Gibson, Bobby Portis and Julius Randle
-Despite getting drafted third overall by the Knicks in 2019, RJ Barrett is currently the third worst rookie by win shares (-0.5), with only Jordan Poole and Darius Garland ranked behind him
-The Knicks hired Michael Miller to be their head coach after they fired David Fizdale mid-season, making Miller only the seventh NBA head coach who has previously coached in the G League (formerly D League)
-While Julius Randle provided 6th round per-game value in points leagues and 8th round per-game value in 8-cat leagues, he was on pace to finish with 12th round per-game value in 9-cat leagues; a result of the 3.0 turnovers per game he is averaging
-Mitchell Robinson was on pace to produce the highest per-game value out of anyone on the Knicks roster despite averaging the 7th most minutes per game on the roster (23.1 minutes per game)
-RJ Barrett has the lowest rank in 8/9-cat leagues out of any player who averaged more than 30 minutes per game so far this season (22nd/27th round per-game value)
