So when I lock in a four-play pick ’em, I ALWAYS select the insurance. So this was a hit for 1.5x my money. When I do five-pick pick ’ems, I use the insurance option about 75% of the time. It gives me an extra cushion and helps with hit rate, which is all we’re concerned with, though we do like a good payday. Nesmith wound up sinking my big hit, but he also had a huge first half and that just is going to happen sometimes. Still like the read. Still like the play.
