Here’s some Pick ‘Em plays our team is looking at for Friday’s action!

Pick ‘Em Lobby
DeMar DeRozan U22.5 pts
We have a few different ways this can become a very good bet. If Zach LaVine gets ruled in, he’s likely to go under against a very stout Toronto defense. If LaVine is ruled out, the Raptors have shown a willingness to double DeMar DeRozan as soon as he crosses the halfcourt line in the past, forcing the other Bulls to beat them. This Bulls team has been terrible on the offensive end, so all boats are sinking.
Nikola Vucevic O10.5 rebs
Same line as last slate and I’m still feeling the same way. The Raptors continue to roll out Jakob Poeltl as their starting center, who is an underwhelming option as a starter if you ask me. Vucevic has gone over this line in 7/16 games this season and gets a matchup that should be helpful in him hitting for us.
Cade Cunningham O23.5 pts
Cade Cunningham gets a nice matchup tonight with the Pacers, who are giving up points to opposing guards this season (and points in general). The public is super low on the Pistons right now, but with Tyrese Haliburton being questionable here it’s looking like the game may be more competitive than most people think. This thing is screaming to ride the Pistons to me.

Daniel Gafford O9.5 pts
Okay, he’s gotten 28+ minutes in three straight games, so now I guess I have to believe it’s here to stay. If he’s going to get that kind of workload, 10 points against the Bucks shouldn’t be an issue. Centers typically play well against the Bucks because they need to stay in the game to help guard Giannis. Gafford is on the up and up these days.
Nikola Vucevic O10.5 rebs
See above. Same line.
Nikola Jokic to Record a Triple-Double
Our projections have him hitting this, with his assists being the big question mark at like 9.9ish. I’m looking forward to these two lumbering, defenseless centers banging away in the paint. I think Jokic should be able to score and rebound over Sengun, so it really comes down to the assists. This is a “spicy” play, so it boosts our payout.
Cade Cunningham O22.5 pts
See above for additional reasoning, but this line is the one I prefer and I think it opened too low.
James Harden O7.5 asts
The Clippers have put the ball in James Harden’s hands after shifting Russell Westbrook to the bench. He’s gone well over in the past two games, and he should continue to go over with the additional usage.
