Welcome to today’s DFS Delivery article.

After the monster 12-game slate that we’ve had yesterday, today – with only 2 games on – feels like a day off!

I do believe that 2-game slates should have the Showdown format but since this is not the case, we have to search deep into these rotations and try to see if we can find some plays that would separate us from the pack.

    Player Tiers

    Expensive Tier

Nikola Jokic ($11,200) Honestly, I just cannot fade him. Last night he had a 77.0 fantasy points performance and that was his 3rd straight game with more than 75 fantasy points. The matchup again the Warriors is above average for him in terms of pace and positional strength, but to be honest, matchup does not matter for someone that is averaging 1.76 DKFP per minute for the season.

James Harden ($10,400) His usage has fallen in his five games with the 76ers, but he has increased other aspects of his game: assist rate and rebounding rate. But the main thing that makes me choose him tonight is him playing against the Nets. He will be highly motivated to play well in this game and with that, I am hoping to get a ceiling game out of Harden tonight.

    Mid-Tier

Klay Thompson ($6,600) Klay has played 30+ minutes in his last 2 games, so we are finally starting to get the minutes that can make him a relevant play. He had 23 field goal attempts and posted a team-best 28.8% usage rate in his last game, and in the games that he has exceeded that 30-minute mark he is averaging 18 FGA. He is averaging 1.08 DK points per minute in the games without Porter and Payton on the floor and if we are getting 30+ minutes out of him, I’ll take that production at 6.6k.

Bruce Brown ($5,100) –  Since Durant returned to the Nets lineup on Mar. 3, Brown has exceeded 35.0 DKFP in all three games. With the Nets playing fully healthy tonight, Brown can once again thrive in his complementary role and rack up points, taking advantage of the attention given to KD and Kyrie.

    Value

Moses Moody ($3,500) – Moody is a risky play but if the Warriors are again without Porter and Payton, I expect him to draw another start and most importantly, to get close to 30 minutes. His per-minute production has not been the best (0.7 DK points per minute for the season), but he has been playing way better lately and has had 38.3 and 26.5 DK points in his last two games, an excellent return for a guy at his price.

Matisse Thybulle ($3,400) – I think Thybulle might have an opportunity to see heavy minutes tonight, with Durant and Irving on the other side of this matchup. The Sixers should need to have their best defender on the court as much as possible and although he is generally a low-usage player, he could see close to 30 minutes, which would give him an excellent chance to return value.

Honorable Mentions: Kevin Durant ($10,300), Kyrie Irving ($9,900), Jonathan Kuminga ($4,300), Aaron Gordon ($5,400), Kevon Looney ($4,100)
