Miami will face the Knicks without Jalen Brunson in what’s expected to be a gruesome battle in New York, the Wolves will try to extend their win streak playing against Indiana and Tyrese Haliburton, who has been playing superbly, the Bulls are playing in Utah with an O/U of 242.5 and both lineups will be filled with intriguing prospects in Matas Buzelis, Isaiah Collier and Cody Williams, the Raptors face the 2nd worst defense in defensive rating over the last 15 games in the Phoenix Suns, the high-pace Grizzlies play in Sacramento with an O/U set at 238 and then there’s the highly antecipated matchup of Nikola Jokic vs. Stephen Curry, who are both questionable. Luka Doncic boasts the 2nd highest price-tag of the slate, but it’s well justified. In the three games since LeBron’s injury, Luka posted 62.5, 71.25 and 64.25 fpts, and those were against the 10th, 24th and 23rd teams in defensive rating over the last ten games. The Spurs rank 30th. They also rank 26th in rebounding %, allow the most assists, the best fg%, the 3rd best 3pt%, the most 3pm and are only 17th in most turnovers generated in that same time span. To opposing PGs, over the last 15 games, they allow the 4th most assists, 6th most boards and 3rd best fg%. Over the last three LeBron-less games, Luka has a ridiculous usage of 39.1% and is shooting 41% from three and 87% from the line. Luka is a usage monster that’s red-hot from three and the line and has the best possible matchup at home against a Spurs team that has presented the league worst defense for a considerable stretch! And Luka comes attached to his new favourite lob-catcher, Jaxson Hayes ($5,100), who benefits from the same stats we mentioned earlier plus the fact that the Spurs allow the most points on the 2nd best fg% to opposing Cs over the last 15 games!
