Jackson Chourio, Endy Rodriguez, Eury Perez, and Kyle Manzardo. All of these players are examples of catapulting up the MLB top-100 prospects list. Every year it happens, these guys are considered “lottery ticket” players and if you can be lucky enough to figure out who those guys can be, your dynasty team will be in great shape.

Josue De Paula – OF LAD

This may be my favorite prospect in this year’s evaluation and maybe the guy I would see take the biggest leap in prospect rankings. At just 17 years old he showed incredible hitting abilities in the Dominican Summer League, putting together a .349 with 5 HRs, 30 RBIs and 16 SBs. De Paula also showed extreme plate discipline for such an inexperienced player, posting a 14% walk rate and a 14% strikeout rate all in 223 plate appearances. It may just be the Dominican Summer League but De Paula is giving me a reminiscence of what they traded away in 2016 in Yordan Alvarez.
