It’s trade deadline day, and that means today is all about navigating the madness. Hold your moves, act quickly when value presents itself, and make sure you’re locked into our news feed to stay on top of the best pickups as they emerge. In this cheat sheet, we’ll highlight some players already surging in value and point out where you can find opportunities for tonight’s action.

This is the “general must-add” section regardless of the slate. If these players are being overlooked and remain chilling on the waiver wire, consider adding them to your squad.

Walter Clayton Jr. (2%)

It’s purely a speculative add, but it’s an intriguing one. Memphis has a crowded guard rotation, but Clayton might quietly have the highest ceiling of the bunch. His skill set fits the Grizzlies’ style of play, and with the team clearly in rebuild mode, there’s incentive to give him real opportunities to grow. When talent meets opportunity, a path to fantasy value can open up, and Clayton is at least worth monitoring in that context.
