We start off this week with five games. The losers of last week’s NBA Cup East quarterfinals — the Raptors and Heat — have a rescheduled game on Monday. This was always planned since the NBA initially schedules 80 games and then the remaining two games are scheduled based on NBA Cup results after the group stages. That is why the quarterfinals and semifinals count toward the regular season.
That is also why the Knicks vs. Spurs Final on Tuesday does not count toward the regular season or toward fantasy basketball.

Top Pickups
This is the “general must-add” section regardless of the slate. If these players are being overlooked and remain chilling on the waiver wire, consider adding them to your squad.
Jay Huff (33%)
Huff had four blocks and three triples and he isn’t slowing down. He is statistically the best source of blocks not named Victor Wembanyama and that alone makes him must-roster. He is averaging 2.5 BPG on the season, but as a starter, that number improves. The steady 3-pointers are a cherry on top.
Huff’s averages in the past eight games:
11.1 points, 2.3 triples, 4.6 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 0.5 steals, 3.6 blocks, .500 FG% (and he has not missed a free throw) in 25.4 MPG.Jaylon Tyson (28%)
