Everyone’s playing and the slate’s split into two, with a 10 game main slate! There are A LOT of game with Playoff implications, and between those players who will need to put on the end-of-season effort to get a better seed and our silly season love stories, there’s a lot of great plays to be had. Ja Morant

    Position: PG

    Salary: $9,000

This is a must win for the Memphis Grizzlies, and their superstar will be matched up against the young Jalen PickettĀ (more on him later) if Jamal Murray is indeed rule out. When healthy, Ja Morant has delivered some great fantasy performances in April, averaging 32.5 ppg and 5.8 apg on amazing 52/45/85 shooting splits. Those stats are from a limited four game sample size, leading to 48.3 fppg. On the Denver side, Jamal Murray missed the Nuggets last six games, and over the last seven Denver is allowing top-10 assists and threes to opposing PGs. An interesting wrinkle here is that Ja hasn’t played a game against Denver since March 2023, more than two years ago. Value-wise, Ja seems like a great selection, as he’s the 8th highest priced PG of the slate and the average cited above would rank him around the 4th scorer in fantasy points this month at his position. On top of that, he’s playing in the game with the highest O/U of the slate. And that’s why we can’t discount Nikola JokicĀ ($13,000). The price-tag is hefty, but he’s averaging a stupid stat-line in 12 games without Jamal Murray this season – 35.3 ppg, 12.9 rpg and 10.2 apg. Recently, that has lead to 98 and 89.25 fpts against the Wolves and Pacers and a streak of seven games with 60+ fpts, six of which were without Jamal Murray.
