Week 15 Fantasy Preview: Falcons @ Panthers

By Shane McCormick Published December 15, 2023 1 min read

Atlanta (6-7) at Carolina (1-12)

ML Falcons  (-162) @ Panthers (+136): O/U 33.5
Falcons -3 (-110), Panthers +3 (-110)

Writer’s Record:
Bet: 21-11
Lean: 20-13

The Falcons come into week 15 in a three-way tie for the NFC South division and will get the worst team in the NFL to help separate them from Tampa Bay and New Orleans. While Carolina is looking to get their second win of the year at home, the whole city of Chicago will be rooting against them to help secure that No. 1 overall pick in next year’s draft for the Bears.

Main Storylines to Watch

Does Atlanta let Desmond Ridder throw more this game? In the first game against Carolina, Atlanta ran the ball 26 times and only asked Ridder to throw it 18 times, and he threw for just 115 yards. They’ve only won two of the six games in which Ridder has had to throw more than 30 times.

Is Chuba Hubbard a locked-in RB start no matter what now? Hubbard has played 65% of the snaps over the last three weeks, getting 19, 25, and 25 touches in those games to finish as a top-25 RB in each one.
