• While the NBA gave us an unusual six-game slate on a Friday night, there were still plenty of players who made an impact within fantasy hoops. While they may not play a role for you tomorrow, Dec 2nd (12 games) or Sunday, Dec 3rd(0 games) they should be able to help you navigate yet another wacky week of scheduling because of the NBA In-Season Tournament.

    Standard Leagues

    Joe Ingles, SG/SF, Magic

Tonight: 25 minutes, 14 points (5-of-11 FG, 1-of-1 FT), three treys, three rebounds and seven dimes

That’s three out of his past five games with six or more assists for Ingles, who has adopted some playmaking duties off the bench due to the Markelle Fultz injury. Ingles also tied his season high tonight with 25 minutes and his ability to knock down the long ball has really opened up space for Paolo to operate. As long as Ingles is playing 20-plus minutes, he should be able to provide low-end value for those seeking dimes and 3-pointers.

    Bilal Coulibaly, G, Wizards

Tonight: 32 minutes, 12 points (6-of-7 FG), five rebounds and three steals.

While this line wasn’t eye-popping for Coulibaly, he has been a defensive menace so far this season, which is where his value lies. With Delon Wright out for a few more weeks, feel free to add Coulibaly where you are in need of defensive stats. Keep in mind he could be a valuable asset come “silly season” as well.

    Kelly Oubre Jr., SF/PF, 76ers

    Tonight: DNP (Ribs)

Adding Oubre here because although he did not play tonight, Nick Nurse said he was expecting Oubre back at some point next week. If he was dropped in your league, feel free to scoop him up as he was a flame thrower to start the season.

    Robert Covington, SF/PF, 76ers

Tonight: 30 minutes, 18 points (4-of-9 FG, 7-of-7 FT), three treys, five rebounds, one dime, five steals and one block.

Covington turned back the clock tonight as the Sixers were down their two leading scorers, Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey. However, this was a gem of a line and if RoCo continues to see minutes in the upper 20’s when Philly gets back to full strength he can be a valuable asset due to his stat-stuffing abilities.

    Al Horford, PF/C, Celtics

Tonight: 33 minutes, 20 points (7-of-9 FG, 4-of-4 FT), two three’s, six boards, three dimes, one steal and two blocks.

Al Horford has been on a tear the past week due to the injury to Porzingis. Over his past five, Horford has 21 assists, eight blocks and four steals, while hitting nine three-point shots. As long as Porzingis remains out, Al is worth a start on any roster.

    Santi Aldama, F, Grizzlies

Tonight: 33 minutes, 17 points (7-of-10 FG, 2-of-2 FT), one three, 12 boards, three assists, one steal and a block.

I really hope you grabbed Aldama a few games ago and he is not on your waiver wire as he has been the Grizzlies’ biggest bright spot this season outside of Desmond Bane. He has scored in double-digits in seven out of his past eight games while knocking down 17 three-pointers in the process. Roddy has been starting but Aldama is clearly the preferred choice here. Make sure he isn’t available.

    Jeremy Sochan, F, Spurs

Tonight: 31 minutes, 13 points (4-of-13 FG, 3-of-4 FT), three rebounds, four assists and two three-pointers.

On the heels of a massive 33-point outing, Sochan wasn’t quite as effective as a scorer, but still added some counting stats. He was pegged as a fantasy breakout candidate next to Wemby before the season started and while he hasn’t fully reached that peak, he’s been much better over the past two weeks and has the ability to be a mid-round asset.

    Herb Jones, SF, Pelicans

Tonight: 31 minutes, 17 points (6-of-8 FG, 2-of-2 FT), three treys, four rebounds, three steals and one block.

The Pelicans continue to rely on Herb for his defensive ability and it is paying off in fantasy hoops as well. So far this season, he is shooting over 50% from the field, while adding three dimes and over three stocks per game. Due to his ability to contribute in a multitude of ways, Herb can be counted on in standard leagues.

    Trey Murphy III, SG, Pelicans

Tonight: 22 minutes, 18 points (7-of-13 FG, 4-of-10 3PT), three boards, one dime, one steal and one block.

Murphy made his season debut tonight for New Orleans and made his presence felt right away. Murphy was fantastic last year for the Pels as he posted averages of 14.5 points and 2.2 three-pointers on 48.4% shooting. Look for him to eat into the roles of Hawkins and Daniels as he gets up to speed.

    Grayson Allen, G, Suns

Tonight: 37 minutes, 13 points (5-of-9 FG, 2-of-2 FT), one three-pointer, nine rebounds, three assists and a steal.

Grayson has been fantastic for Phoenix to begin the season, especially with Booker in and out of the lineup and Beal nowhere to be found. In the month of November, he turned out averages of 12/4/3/.5/.6 while shooting 51% from the field and 49.1% from deep. He also averaged 2.3 made three-pointers as well. Allen is someone who may already be rostered in competitive leagues due to his all-around production, but if he is somehow floating out there on waivers, feel free to grab him as he can help your lineup in a multitude of ways.

    Deep Leagues

    Patrick Beverley, G, 76ers

Tonight: 38 minutes, 26 points (10-of-15 FG, 3-of-5 FT), three treys, eight rebounds, seven assists and two steals.

Pat Bev got the start tonight with Tyrese Maxey dealing with an illness and did not disappoint. Beverley did everything in his power to will the Sixers to a win in Boston but ultimately fell short. Feel free to stream him with confidence the next time Maxey misses a game.

    Sam Hauser, G, Celtics

Tonight: 26 minutes, 11 points (3-of-5 FG, 2-of-2 FT), three treys, five rebounds, one assist, one steal and a block.

Hauser’s role off the bench has been steady through the team’s first 19 games of the season. While he should be considered an elite 3-point stream, you occasionally will get a solid line like the one he posted tonight.

    Dante DiVincenzo, G, Knicks

Tonight: 22 minutes, 21 points (7-of-10 FG, 7-of-9 3PT), one board and one assist.

DiVincenzo had the long ball locked and loaded tonight but consistency has been his nemesis all season long due to the logjam in the backcourt. He’s worth a 3-point stream in the hopes he stays hot.

    Xavier Tillman, PF/C, Grizzlies

Tonight: 22 minutes, four points (2-of-6 FG), two rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks.

Tillman was back in the lineup after missing the past three weeks due to a left knee injury and while the point totals were underwhelming, he was starting to begin the season, but with Bismack and Aldama playing so well at the moment, Tillman is more of a deeper add at this stage.

    Julian Champagnie, F, Spurs

Tonight: 22 minutes, 12 points (4-of-7 FG, 1-of-1 FT), three treys, five rebounds and three assists.

Friday marked the third straight double-digit performance for Champagnie. He has been shooting 54% from the field during this span and while his counting stats are non-existent, his three-point shooting makes him someone to keep an eye on in deeper 16-team leagues.

    Justin Holiday, SG/SF, Nuggets

Tonight: 25 minutes, 15 points (6-of-8 FG, 3-of-5 3PT), two rebounds, five dimes and one steal.

Over the past four games, Holiday has played 27, 34, 27 and 25 minutes respectively. During this span he has been cooking from distance, knocking down nine three-pointers at a 50% clip. He’s worth an add in 16 team leagues while his shot remains hot and with Aaron Gordon and Jamal Murray(again) nursing injuries.
