Both the Bulls and Pacers have been on an over streak recently with Indiana going over the total in 5 straight games and Chicago in 4 straight. The Pacers might still be without 4 of their rotational centers for this one providing them with very limited interior defense and rim protection meaning the Bulls should be able to score at will. The Bulls are on the second leg of a B2B after an hard fought overtime loss in Toronto on Thursday. The Bulls will now face an uninspiring Pacers team with a 19-34 record and I don’t see them being very motivated to lock in on defense. The Pacers defense ranks 22nd in points allowed and 26th in opponent FG%. The Bulls defense has been status quo however they do rank 26th in opponent 3pt%. The Bulls are 27-24-1 to the over this season, 6-3-1 in their last 10, and 20-14 as a favourite. The Pacers are 8-2 to the over in their last 10 and 16-10-1 at home. With the small ball line ups that both teams may be forced to play I do not envision either team being interested in playing much defense tonight.
