Oshae Brissett

PF, Toronto Raptors

The Raptors have issued a qualifying offer to Oshae Brissett.

Brissett showed promise in his rookie season last year, even if he didn't get a ton of minutes. The Raptors like him as a versatile defender at the forward spots and he plays with great energy. The hometown kid will try and crack the rotation full-time next season, assuming no other team poaches him in free agency.
