Jay Scrubb

G, Los Angeles Clippers

The Nets have selected Jay Scrubb with the 55th pick in the 2020 NBA Draft and have traded him to the Clippers.

Scrubb is the reigning JUCO player of the year and an explosive scoring guard. It's a rarity for junior college players to be selected in the draft. We'll see if his scoring acumen at the JUCO level can translate to the NBA, especially if his defensive game doesn't develop.
